However, slight variations in color, texture, size, finish, or design may occur due to:
- handmade production processes
- photography and lighting
- monitor/mobile screen settings
- material variations
Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the final delivered product.
Custom specifications must be clearly provided in writing before order confirmation.
4. Pricing
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or discontinue products at any time.
5. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Hue Crafts Overseas.
Orders may be confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment while placing the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order due to:

- payment issues
- suspicious or fraudulent transactions

6. Payment Terms
- Payment terms shall be as mentioned in the invoice.
- All banking/intermediary charges shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are generally processed within 2–5 working days, unless otherwise specified.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on destination, courier, freight providers, customs clearance, and operational conditions.
- Delays caused by logistics partners, customs authorities, weather, force majeure events, or regulatory restrictions are beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for import compliance, duties, taxes, and local regulatory requirements unless otherwise agreed.
8. Fragile Product Policy
Certain products including crockery, ceramic items, glassware, and fragile handcrafted products require careful handling.
While we use secure packaging, transit damage risks may still exist.
Customers are strongly advised to record a complete uninterrupted unboxing video at the time of package opening.
9. Inspection, Damage Claims & Acceptance
Buyers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
For damaged, defective, broken, missing, or incorrect products:
- issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- clear product photographs must be provided
- complete unboxing video evidence is mandatory for fragile item claims
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be rejected.
Any shortage, defect, or issue not reported within the applicable period shall be deemed accepted.
10. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Custom, personalised or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
11. Intellectual Property
All the intellectual properties such as:

- logos
- product photography
- catalog content
- website content
- product designs (unless customer-owned)
- branding materials
remain the exclusive property of Hue Crafts Overseas. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, resale, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
12. Customer Materials
If customers provide:
- logos
- artwork
- custom designs
- specifications
- branding material
the customer confirms they have the necessary legal rights.
Hue Crafts Overseas shall not be liable for third-party intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided materials.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
- We are not liable for:
- indirect losses
- consequential damages
- business interruption
- lost profits
- courier mishandling
- delayed delivery
- customs-related delays
- transit loss outside our control
14. Force Majeure
Hue Crafts Overseas shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
