Refund and Returns Policy

At Hue Crafts Overseas, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be approved by Hue Crafts Overseas before shipping the item back.

Please note: Customized, made-to-order, personalized, or bulk export orders may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Hue Crafts Overseas reserves the right to reject refund requests if returned items do not meet the return eligibility requirements.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds may take several business days to process.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Sale, discounted, promotional, clearance, or special offer items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrectly supplied

Returns, Refunds & Replacement

Returns require prior written approval from Hue Crafts Overseas.

Returns/replacements are accepted only in cases of:

  • damaged product received
  • incorrect product delivered
  • missing product/items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • change of mind
  • minor color/design variations
  • handcrafted irregularities
  • customer misuse
  • used products
  • custom-made/personalised products

Refunds or replacements are subject to verification.

Shipping costs for approved returns shall be handled as mutually agreed.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please send it to Hue Crafts Overseas.

Return shipping terms:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

For high-value returns, we recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service
  • Purchasing shipping insurance

Hue Crafts Overseas cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without shipment tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue
  • Provide your order number and purchase details

Claims made after the reporting period may not be accepted.

International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are non-refundable.
  • Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.
  • International return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.
